The Federal Revenue Service and the Attorney General’s Office of the National Treasury have suspended administrative procedures related to the exclusion of installment payments due to default until September 30.

These measures were established in order to mitigate the negative effects of the pandemic, from which many companies are still trying to recover, and are an opportunity to regularize any agreements that could already be terminated.

The suspension of exclusion procedures applies to installments of federal taxes and contributions administered by the Federal Revenue Office and the National Treasury Attorney General’s Office (PGFN).
