On January 18, CVM and the Central Bank of Brazil signed a Cooperation Agreement, which allows CVM to access and use the National Financial System Client Register.
This access will be important for the CVM as a form of supervision, including considering the information related to brokers and distributors of securities available in the CCS and, furthermore, for the use of the information during the investigation of irregularities.
