Marcos Martins Advogados and TBS held a panel discussion on Business Vitality

On April 27, the law firm Marcos Martins Advogados and TBS Consultoria held the online event “Business Vitality, Identifying and Solving Current Challenges”.

The aim of the webinar was to show the audience how to identify solutions to companies’ current challenges, which requires developing opportunities for continuous future growth.

In the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic, digital habits and technologies will become an even greater part of people’s and companies’ lives than before. This abrupt change has made the digital transformation happen even faster, and those who know how to adapt and take better advantage of the opportunities – as well as identifying and exploring new business alternatives – will increase their vitality, compete on the basis of strategic reinvention and grow sustainably.

The professionals gave an overview of the pillars of corporate vitality, with the aim of providing entrepreneurs with insights into how to maintain the company during and after the pandemic.

Among the topics covered was the Fortune Future index on corporate vitality to understand and quantify the predictive factors of long-term growth. The event also provided insights into best practices for mitigating operational risks, maintaining sustainable cash flow, monitoring investment opportunities and how to identify signs of organizational performance that deserve your attention.

The event was hosted by the firm’s leadership and was mediated by Pedro Menin, partner at TBS, with the participation of Marcos Martins, founding partner of Marcos Martins, and Ailton Leite, New Business Director at BSC – Blackstone and partner at ACL.

The professionals closed the webinar by talking about cases, the use of forward-looking business metrics and pointing out some of the challenges companies have in continually developing growth options.
