With a degree in Civil Engineering, an MBA in Business Administration and certification in agile methodologies, Morais has extensive experience in the area, having worked for companies such as KPMG, VIVO, BMA and Machado Mayer, where he served as CFO for six years. “In any business, having a broad vision of financial and operational processes is fundamental to seeing opportunities and boosting results,” he says.
Financial management is fundamental to gaining a clearer understanding of the company’s current situation and directing the search for the desired results. On the other hand, a lack of financial planning is the main cause of bankruptcy for many organizations. In 2019, more than 90% of companies that closed their doors neglected this issue, according to data from the Boa Vista survey.
