We are pleased to announce the arrival of Ana Júlia Moraes, the new head of the firm’s Civil Litigation team.
Ana Júlia has extensive experience in dispute resolution, representing Brazilian and foreign companies in highly complex litigation and international arbitration proceedings.
With more than 20 years’ experience, she also has extensive experience advising clients on contract negotiations, real estate transactions, risk analysis and implementation of projects involving the General Data Protection Act and regulatory compliance aimed at the financial market.
A graduate of the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC), with a specialization in Contracts from the same institution, the lawyer also has extensions in Business Law and Contracts from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation.
She specializes in Anti-Fraud and Anti-Corruption Compliance at LEC – Legal, Ethics & Compliance and is studying for an LLM in Business and Real Estate Law at the Fundação Escola Superior do Ministério Público de São Paulo – FMP.
