Graduated in Law from Mackenzie Presbyterian University, with an extension course at the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto (Portugal). He has been a member of a number of public exam boards in various Brazilian states, including exams for entry to the Judiciary, the Public Defender’s Office and the Public Prosecutor’s Office.
