Court validates individual agreement to suspend food allowance payments during the pandemic
A Primeira Turma do 21º Tribunal Regional do Trabalho validou os acordos individuais firmados com os empregados da empresa Arituba Empreendimento Turístico Ltda -EPP, que suspendem temporariamente o pagamento do auxílio alimentação, em razão do que prescreve a Lei n. 14.020, de 06/07/20, e da pandemia referente ao novo Coronavírus (COVID 19).
