Labor prosecutor’s office considers Covid-19 an occupational disease
O Ministério Público do Trabalho (MPT) emitiu nota técnica que reconhece a Covid-19 como doença ocupacional e recomenda aos médicos que deverão solicitar às empresas a emissão de CAT – Comunicação de Acidente de Trabalho aos funcionários que contraírem o vírus, bem como para casos suspeitos.
