The São Paulo Court of Justice has made available an online portal developed by its Information Technology Secretariat (STI) and Presidency Secretariat (SPr), to give visibility and transparency to the implementation of the organizational governance model to adapt the TJSP to Law No. 13.708/18 – General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

According to the announcement, “the implementation covers all areas, led by the Presidency and the Office of the Inspector General of Justice, with the aim of achieving a cultural transformation in relation to the treatment of citizens’ sensitive information within the scope of public administration”.

In addition to providing a compliance plan, the work of the TJSP’s Privacy Management Committee, information on the law and personal data, its timetable, conferences and seminars promoted by the EPM (Escola Paulista de Magistratura) on the subject, the portal provides information on the new Security Policy that is being developed in order to comply with the LGPD.

It has also set up a communications channel for questions and suggestions on the LGPD via e-mail: [email protected].
