Last week, the Federal Government launched the institutional website of the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD), the public administration body created by the General Data Protection Law (LGPD), responsible for ensuring, implementing and monitoring compliance throughout the country.
To this end, the website already has several features provided for by law, such as a communication channel open to the public for complaints, suggestions, compliments and requests. In addition to these tools, the platform publishes news related to the LGPD and the government’s actions to implement this data protection culture in Brazil.
The site was created after the publication of its regulatory structure by the Federal Government, which has already appointed its agents and working groups for its formation. For more information see https://www.gov.br/anpd/pt-br/anpd
