The article “When and how to notify non-compliance with the LGPD?” by lawyers Mário Conforti and Thais Cordero is featured on the TI Inside website, a portal specializing in Technology and Information issues.
In the article, the lawyers comment that all companies and people who handle personal data in some way should have specialized professionals at their disposal, so that they can conduct an internal process of adapting their business to the LGPD. This is so that, in the event of any incident, the team notifies the data subject immediately of what has happened, as well as the ANPD, informing them of the measures that have already been or will be taken to resolve the problem and prevent it from happening again.
